Christmas and New Year’s Eve week	18.900,- CZK whole property/week
Other terms	11.600,- CZK whole property/week
Weekend outside summer season	4.500,- CZK whole property
Payment on the spot: refundable deposit	3.000,- CZK
Plus the price of the used energy

The term of the stay is considered as firm after the payment.

Cancellation fees: two weeks before the term 20%, one week before the term 40%

Heating: wood heating in the fireplace (consumption of the fire-wood included in the price)
Water heating: electric water heating (consumption of the electrical energy is not included in the price)
Cooking: electric kitchen range with oven (consumption of the electrical energy is not included in the price)
Boarding: is not offered, there are three pubs in a range of 1 km
Access: as far as the house throughout the whole year (you may need snow chains in winter), parking on the location

Accommodation is suitable for families with children. We do not accept wild groups of young people.
